Also listen to your potential customers concerns.<\/li><li><strong>Use nudge<\/strong>&nbsp;Say the option that most people go for. Your clients probably say they are an individual, but they want to belong. Humans need connection and certainty.<\/li><li><strong>Social proof<\/strong>\u2013 case studies and testimonials of success. A lot of your customers don&#8217;t like going first. The perception that others have undertaken the journey that they are about to, makes them feel more confident.<\/li><li><strong>Real reason<\/strong>-Know the real reason behind their problem.<\/li><li><strong>Make sure you tell them to contact you<\/strong>\u2013 Ring this number, call Bob or Fill in this enquiry form. You would be amazed how many people don\u2019t do this. Customers will not wait around either.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you do those 6 things, then customers will choose you over somebody else.
